Well, that’s it!  This webmaster hopes that the pics on this page brought back some good memories of the last few Heartlands.

           As we look back on the past in our club, it’s always with mixed emotions.  Individually and collectively, we’ve experienced good times and bad times in our personal lives and in the life of the club.  But each experience has made us who we are today.  Through it all, though, there has always been the Heartland Model Car Nationals ever since 1992.  The Heartland is the premier event for this club and it just keeps getting bigger and better every year.

           The Heartland Model Car Nationals is more than just another model contest.  It’s a special time each year to celebrate our hobby and our passion for all things automotive.  A time to be with friends and acquaintances that simply enjoy one of the best hobbies around - scale auto modeling.

           This upcoming 2012 Contest will be our 21st Annual Event and the KC Slammers Model Car Club is going stronger than ever.
